We are also working closely with our couriers to ensure all deliveries arrive on time and that contact-free deliveries are in place.

* Our UK standard delivery is sent via Royal Mail and our UK next working day delivery via DPD.

* We do not have weekend delivery:

• Orders placed on Friday before 1 PM with next working day delivery service will be dispatched on Friday and delivered on Monday;
• Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM with next working day delivery service will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

* Bank and Public Holiday Days are NOT considered as delivery day.

**Our International Next Working Day Delivery service is via DHL and subject to custom clearance. Orders must be placed before 1PM. Weekends and any Public Holiday Days are NOT considered as delivery day. 

RETURNING ITEMS

If you simply change your mind about the item you have bought from us online, you can return it to us for a refund (the initial delivery charges are non-refundable) within 14 days from the date of dispatch. If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 14 days of purchasing.

BEFORE you return an item,

Please make sure that:

1) The item you want to return is in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached;

2) The item is not worn, damaged while trying it on or have marks from make-up or any other and has no smells from parfumes, body sprays, deodorants, body or other odours.

EXCHANGES

Please note that we can only exchange items from the same style but in a different size or colour, provided they are with the same price.

All you need to do is :

• Tick the EXCHANGE  box and fill in the size/colour of the exchanged item required. 

* If you want an exchange for a different style, you need to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY MONEY BACK?

We aim to provide fast service for processing returns. Once we receive physically your item back in our warehouse, it will be sent for Quality Check. Once approved, we will proceed with a refund or exchange as per your request stated in your return enquiry. The whole process will not take more than 14 days from the date we have received your return back.
